The following is a resource provided by Tuff and Wrigley’s mom. Their photographer from the funeral reached out and had the idea to have a photo shoot of the “twinnies” and this is how it turned out!
Along with the photos they also did a time capsule with family and friends to open when Tuff and Wrigley turn 18.
First: Gather Information from close family and friends who want to participate in the time capsule. The form used below:

Third: Get smash cakes! Any local baker can help make these for the special day. If you are working on a budget Harmons has small plain white smash cakes for less than a baker can provide and then you can decorate it yourself!
Fourth: Find items for your little ones to represent them. In the photos below you can see, their remembrance stuffed animal, potty training books, binkies, and much more. Book a photographer of choice and let them know your plans and send this post!
Note: Make sure to reach out to a photographer at least 2 months in advance. Fall season can busy for photographers.
Fifth: Blow out the candles for your little ones! Take pictures with the art, remembrance stuffed animal, and more as a family. Nothing is too much. It is their first birthday and it is OKAY to be emotional during photos.
Sixth & Final Step: Once you get the photos back from the photographer, print them out and put them in the time capsule, along with items gathered for photos and forms filled out by family and friends. Store in a cool dry place until 18 years old.
